After ordering, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email, in which you also find the needed information regarding returns & refunds. Nupo reserve the right to make changes, including change in price, content, description, terms, etc. at any time without notice. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
In order to purchase at nupo.com, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card, issued by a bank acceptable to Nupo A/S. We retain the right to refuse any other request made by you.
After your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the company/party which you have contracted with.
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, and that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
All prices on Nupo.com is quoted in the currency of the chosen country.
All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.
At www.nupo.com you can pay by credit card, using the following cards:
VISA, Visa Electron, Eurocard, Mastercard, Maestro, JBC & American Express.
Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted and shipped out from our warehouse.
All the payment information you type in the checkout process, gets immediately incrypted(SSL), and therefor only our payment gateway, NETS A/S, can read the data. Neither Nupo nor any others, has any kind of possibility to read your personal data.
Delivery:
At the moment Nupo.com ship to all countries in EU.
Delivery is being provided to you by Post Danmark. We aim to deliver your order within 3 working days, but please allow up to 6 working days from order confirmation until final delivery at your doorstep.
Nupo.com can not be held in charge of delays caused by Post Danmark and any other conditions our of our range, such as special weather conditions, delivery failure from a 3. party etc., unless anything else goes under the laws of the Danish Court.
After receiving your order, please keep the Nupo products out of direct sunlight or high temperatures.
Returns & Refunds:
Nupo.com offers expanded return policy: From the day you receive your products and until 30 days after, you have a full refund guarantee of your Nupo.com order. All that's required is that the product is returned in same condition as purchased, without any degradation of the sales value and in the original packaging.
We don’t exchange your products to any other kinds of Nupo products or flavors, but instead we will issue a refund(excluding original delivery charge).

As soon as we receive your returned order, we can start processing your refund. We will do our outmost to handle your return within 10 working days, starting from the day you posted the package.
A refund will be given to the credit or debit card, used when purchased the order. Upon receipt of your return, please allow up to 2-30 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. The refund time frame is largely depending on your card acquirer or your bank.
We recommend that you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods and that you save the tracking number. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
